Researches prove that community and prevention programs are the most effective in supporting well-being at work. Among the elements of the program, communication, conflict management, discussion of group roles and cooperation strategies play an important role. The purpose of this pillar is to support effective cooperation within the team and to discover and strengthen the power inherent in the community.

How can we overcome challenges together? How can we make an advantage out of difficulties? Among the topics are resilience, coping strategies, change management, growth mindset and there is a focus on the resources inherent in the team. The purpose of this pillar is to strengthen the team’s emotional flexibility by relying on internal resources.
