Why is it important to deal with mental health on organizational level?

Inadequate mental health care for employees is a heavy burden both on individual and community level, it not only affects cooperation and innovation skills, but also represents additional costs for the organization. Researches prove that community and prevention programs are the most effective in supporting well-being at work. Based on the latest researches and our 20 years of experience, we have put together our workplace mental health support programs.

Pillars of our program

I am fine.

What is in this sentence? Among other things, finding work-life balance, recognizing and managing boundaries, experiencing psychological safety, mindfulness, stress management in practice. The purpose of this program pillar is to support emotional stability and the creation of harmony on an individual level, but with community experiences.

I am ready to develop.

What am I really good at? What keeps me interested? Among other things, we are looking for answers to these questions, while getting to know more about growth mindset, the topic of motivation and encouragement, how to give and receive feedback well. Avoiding burnout is also discussed. The purpose of this program pillar is to discover and strengthen the participant’s inner driving forces, their enthusiasm and motivation and to see what they can add to the values of the community.

We are good together.

What makes it easier together? How are we together well, liberated? Among the elements of the program, communication, conflict management, discussion of group roles and cooperation strategies play an important role. The purpose of this pillar is to support effective cooperation within the team and to discover and strengthen the power inherent in the community.

We are ready for change.

How can we overcome challenges together? How can we make an advantage out of difficulties? Among the topics are resilience, coping strategies, change management, growth mindset and there is a focus on the resources inherent in the team. The purpose of this pillar is to strengthen the team’s emotional flexibility by relying on internal resources.
